The living space is a fantastic size and the apartment is super clean. This building is a very secure building with a live in super.

The apartment faces the back and is super quiet but still gets tons of natural light from large over-sized windows. Laundry is located in the basement of the building and is operated by a card that we will provide.

Right around the corner you will find a Starbucks where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning before you start your day. Under the building you have a delicious sushi restaurant which is cheap and tasty!

Also in the neighborhood, you will find also big grocery store called Gristedes.

The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, full stove,toaster oven, plates, pans and pots.

The apartment also includes 2 big closets with a storage for your luggage and all of your belongings throughout your stay.

Central Park is only a short walk away where you can enjoy the peace of the park.
